One charge of AAHKS’ Diversity Advisory Board (DAB) is to celebrate and highlight member diversity. The Hispanic/Latino culture is a unique ethnic group within the AAHKS membership. However, the group is underrepresented in both medicine, orthopaedic surgery and arthroplasty.
