In this guided meditation, you’ll set aside the demands of your to-do list and enter a space of deep renewal. Several months ago, I heard Unity minister Rev. David Alexander share an idea that has stayed with me ever since: Wholeness isn’t the goal; it’s the starting point. The more I’ve contemplated those words, the more I’ve found myself returning to them—not simply as an inspiring thought, but as something to be lived. Deep within, I believe our essential nature is already whole, already complete, already untouched by the changing circumstances of life. This meditation is an invitation to experience yourself from that perspective. Rather than striving to become whole, what if you began by rememberi
There is a part of you that has never been broken, never been diminished, and never been lost. Beneath the roles you play, the beliefs you’ve gathered, and the stories you’ve told about yourself lives the quiet, luminous presence of your deepest being. In this meditation, you’re invited to gently set aside the distractions of daily life and reconnect with that sacred essence by remembering what has always been true. As you rest in stillness, you’ll explore what it might feel like to move through the world grounded in your soul’s deepest wisdom, allowing that remembrance to shape your thoughts,
I believe that we all have an inner compass within us. Unlike the compass we use to navigate the physical world, this one doesn’t point north. Its magnetic north is the fullest expression of who we are becoming, our soul’s highest unfolding. It gently orients us toward lives of greater authenticity, purpose, love, and wholeness. In this meditation, you’ll be invited to bring your awareness to the space between the heart and the solar plexus, allowing this symbolic inner compass to come alive within your imagination. From this place of stillness, you’ll gently listen for what it may be pointing
In this meditation, I invite you to explore how something remarkably simple can become a doorway to something vast. Using the gentle connection between your thumb and middle finger as a touchpoint for awareness, you’ll bring your full attention to the sensation of contact, allowing it to anchor you in the present moment. As distractions fall away and your awareness settles, this small point of focus becomes a portal to something greater: a deeper sense of presence, peace, and connection. Sometimes we think we need to travel far to encounter the divine. Yet often it is found in the simplest mom

You feel a deep sense of peace while also being connected to a sense of gratitude for being present to a new day. Allow this meditation to take you into that centered, peaceful place within yourself as you connect to the power and illumination of a calming sunrise. Want more meditations and early access? This meditation was inspired by an interview I recently heard with musician Jacob Collier. He was reflecting on the early days of YouTube, when many creators were motivated less by what they could gain and more by what they could contribute. The conversation explored the difference between creating from a spirit of generosity versus creating for likes, followers, or validation. Beneath that conversation is a deeper spiritual invitation: How does our life change when we move from a posture of contribution instead of gain? What shifts when we approach our relationships, our work, and even small
If you’ve ever had the opportunity to set foot on sacred grounds, a place that is imbued with a sense of the Holy (whether a temple or church, or a peaceful setting in nature), then I invite you to tap into that experience as you allow this meditation to take you to an ancient grotto full of healing water. Allow yourself to be transported to a place of deep peace and release the worries and concerns that no longer serve you. I hope you find this meditation deeply restorative and connect more fully with that Holy essence at the core of who you are. Want more meditations and early access? Join m
I created this nourishing Solar Plexus meditation during a time when I noticed a growing sense of frustration and even helplessness within myself, amid both personal and collective challenges. Loved ones navigating illness. Friends facing unexpected surgeries. People I care about making their transition. And, of course, the weight of what we’re all witnessing on a global scale. This meditation is about reconnecting with our inner strength, a strength that is never shaken by outer circumstances, that returns us to our source of power and anchors us through all challenges. In this meditation, you are invited to journey gently from the mind into the heart, returning to the steady presence of love within you. By calling to mind someone you love deeply, you allow that love to awaken and expand—growing beyond the boundaries of your body and reaching outward into the world. As this love extends, you begin to sense that you are not alone in it. You are connected to a vast field of love, shared and expressed by countless others. In this space, love becomes a living current flowing through you, back to you, and down into the earth itself. With each breath, you participa
What if there is nothing in your life that needs fixing… only something waiting to be revealed? Inspired by the idea that the masterpiece already exists within the marble, this meditation invites you to see your life through the eyes of the artist. Not as something incomplete or lacking, but as a work of art already infused with wisdom, beauty, and intention. You’ll be guided to step back into the perspective of creation itself, where this moment, just as it is, holds its own quiet perfection. From that grounded awareness, you become the sculptor… gently noticing what feels ready to be release
As the quiet energy of winter begins to soften into spring, we are invited to awaken something new within ourselves. In this gentle meditation, you are guided to reflect on an intention you are holding for the coming months. Something you would like to see bloom in your life. You’ll be invited to visualize this intention as a gift already present within the mind of Spirit, and to feel into the joy, gratitude, and love that arise as it comes into form. By marrying your intention with the energy of love, you plant a powerful seed in consciousness. And just like any seed placed in the soil, there
In Compassionate Kindness, we begin where all healing begins, in the quiet sanctuary of the heart. Gently arriving there, we soften and remember the steady pulse of love that lives within us. From this tender space, you are invited to bring to mind an “other” — a beloved friend, a colleague, a circle of people — and to surround them with compassionate love and luminous light. No fixing. No striving. Simply blessing. Then, in a sacred turning, that same compassion is offered inward. The love you so freely extend becomes the love that restores you. And finally, the boundaries dissolve. From me a
Heart-Light – Love & Self-Compassion is a soft invitation to return home to your heart. In this meditation, you’re guided to rest your awareness in the heart space and sense a radiant light of love glowing from within. As this heart-light expands, it gently illuminates every cell, every part of you—bringing clarity where there has been confusion, tenderness where there has been self-judgment, and compassion where you may have been holding tight. This is a practice of remembering your own loving presence and allowing it to become a steady, healing force within. Want more meditations and early a
Nature has so much wisdom to share with us—from the flexibility of branches swaying in the wind to the effortless playfulness of otters at rest and at play. In our connection to the oneness of life, these same qualities already live within us. This guided meditation invites you to reflect on the wisdom of nature and gently choose a quality you wish to experience more fully in your own life. Through presence and imagination, you are guided to amplify this quality until it is no longer something you observe, but something you embody—allowing the deep, intuitive wisdom of nature to move through y

As one year comes to a close and another has not yet begun, this meditation invites you into the quiet in-between — the threshold. You’ll be guided to reflect on the year behind you: how you showed up, how it felt to move through it, and what you’re carrying as it comes to an end. There is nothing to fix or resolve here — only gentle noticing. From this place, you’ll be invited to set something down with care, and then rest in the spacious pause before what comes next. Before stepping forward, we’ll anchor into a single word — a quality to carry with you into the new year. Let this be a soft c

Within the holy sanctuary of Self, we find greater compassion for our humanness. From this vantage point, we can trust the rhythm of our own unfolding as completely as we trust the sun to rise, the moon to wax and wane, and the seasons to fold one into another. There is no way that the wisdom which knits the universe together could include everything but us. We must be a part of this wisdom. This meditation is an opportunity to remember this truth and trust your own becoming! Want more meditations and early access? The metaphor for our thoughts in this meditation is that of fish jumping ever so briefly out of the water before returning once again to the still waters below. The fish is rising to the surface before we even notice, just like our thoughts. It is when they come above the surface, into our conscious awareness, that we claim authorship and identity around them. That we create stories around them. What if, instead, we merely observed? This observation gives our minds a chance to rest and for greater peace to emerge. Want more meditations and early access? Join me on Patreon for exclusive content
