Fibonacci's new owners are working to bring new life into the nano-brewery/urban farm - without changing it into something that detracts from it's uniqueness. We all love this place, and it's clear that these guys do, too.
Fibonacci just finished celebrating their fourth birthday, and it was incredible. They are now well underway with their big expansion into what is called ‘Fib Farm’ with the space next door to their original taproom, and it’s creating something that I want everyone in this city to get the chance to experience. I know that you probably already read about the event that they were planning for their celebration, but I stopped out a couple days before it all went down to talk to Betty Bollas about what it all means, and where we go from here. The story of Cincinnati beer is one of growth right now, but what that term means is vastly different for each of our breweries. This episode we'll sit down with Bob and Betty from Fibonacci to talk about their growth, and expansion with the addition of Fib Farm to Fibonacci. What's it all mean?
