Everything that we experience can be used as an opportunity for growth. Both physical and psychological unwellness may encourage us to come more into alignment with who we really are. The being our inner spirit wants us to be and the being we are meant to offer Earth right now. Greater alignment with our inner spirit will create healing on every level: physical, psychological and spiritual. As we heal ourselves the entire planet will follow. There is so much support available to us, as we start to let spirit flow.
Connecting to Mother Earth is immeasurably healing, provides deep spiritual connection and is a beautiful source of guidance. We no longer feel alone, we feel supported and we belong. As we connect to her we start to feel her as the living being she is. Naturally we want to support her in gentle manageable ways. This enables the whole system to heal. We are part of a whole, healing the system provides healing for all.

How an episode significant back pain was relieved by releasing old conditioning. Pain is affected by our whole physical, psychological and spiritual being. In this case misplaced responsibility and a pattern of rescuing, with no self support. Awareness enabled the pain to be relieved. So many of us can tend to take on too much for others, without listening to our own truth. This podcast will be very helpful.

Caught in our egoic identity it is impossible to feel safe and whole. Because this life experience is transient and unpredictable. The greatest gift we can offer our loved ones is acceptance. If we regularly offer 'advice' we make them feel, what they are, is not enough. It's acceptance that builds worthiness. Boundaries, as a part of respectful relating, are perfectly OK.

Vulnerability is the hinge on the gate to great power. Isira Vulnerability is an immense gift. Awakening involves gently letting go of defenses and layers of egoic identity. This feels incredibly vulnerable. However as we open, we allow spirit to flow. An immense power of wisdom and love enriches our lives. The more we feel spirit , the more we recognize, as spirit we are completely invulnerable, safe and whole.

I recorded this podcast when I was in the middle of making a mistake with my business. It was a necessary mistake. Like all mistakes, it taught me an immense amount. However I was pretty vulnerable. So there's definitely a few tears in this one. We all have challenging situations, emotions or relationships. Sometimes we just don't know what to do. The answer is always the same, center into spirit, your inner wisdom. Surrender into whatever is challenging you and allow spirit to guide you.
