At this point in our series on The Power of Faith we are digging into Hebrews 11, verses 32-38. This portion of Scripture gives us a wide variety of expressions of faith, with the ultimate purpose to help build our faith. God wants to do the miraculous through His people, but they must believe in who God is as He has revealed Himself and in His true and faithful Word.
We will look at three people who were commended for their faith in Hebrews chapter 11 and they are Moses, Gideon and Barak. We have here some very interesting and encouraging examples of courageous faith and these serve as examples for us.
We will finish up studying the great faith of Abraham as outlined in Hebrews chapter 11 and then we will begin looking at the nation-shaking faith of Moses. This is an awesome lesson.
Two pillars of the faith in the Old Testament are Noah and Abraham and we will look at both in this lesson. This is a faith challenging lesson.
