Reading the feed…
This study shows anxiety and padel performance moving together without telling anyone which came first — and the coach's whole session turns on whether you read that as 'teach them to attack' or 'teach them to survive the miss'.
The clearest measurable gap between a trained club padel player and a novice is not swing speed but where the ball meets the racket relative to the hips — behind them when attacking, in front of them when defending — which makes contact position the rare technical marker a coach can see across a court without any equipment at all.
Padel is drowning in confident advice and nobody is checking any of it. Why a show that opens the paper exists at all.
