He is a former municipal court judge and a mediator of complex civil disputes. He is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as all state courts in Ohio.

Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and was admitted to the Ohio Bar on November 6, 2006.
