Welcome to ROC at Rutgers.Church. We are a Middlesex County non-denominational Christian congregation. Located right in the heart of the main Rutgers University campus. Although our official launch is not until September 10, 2023, we currently meet Sundays 12 Noon to 1:15PM at 100 College Ave in New Brunswick. We attract a lot of Rutgers college students, but people of all ages and backgrounds are welcome and also attend. ROC seeks to compassionately share Jesus and His love with college students and all those in the Rutgers community including New Brunswick, Piscataway, North Brunswick, Somerset, Franklin, East Brunswick and Edison.

Friends, here’s a question worth pausing over: What has slowly claimed the throne in your heart that only God should occupy? Scripture names those things idols. They’re rarely carved images. More often they’re the applause we chase, the career ladder we can’t stop climbing, a relationship we hold too tightly, or the comfort and control we refuse to surrender. Whatever we trust more than we trust Jesus has become an idol. The Lord doesn’t confront these rivals out of anger. He is a loving Father who refuses to let us settle for lesser things that will never fill us. John closes his first letter
