Mindcast.66 || Winchester. We are delighted to revive our mix series Mindcast. Once you've heard this year's first mix, you'll understand why we've missed this project so much and why we're bringing it back to life. Operating as Winchester, Adam Winchester reconnects with his sound system roots while carving out a sharper, more dancefloor-focused identity. The name marks a new chapter that bridges the heavy, tactile bass pressure of his early Wedge productions with the meticulous, sculptural sound design he's become known for through projects like Dot Product and Wrecked Lightship.

Mindcast.62 || Parand. Episode 62 is the first mix by Berlin DJ & producer Pλяλпd (Parand) here at Mindcast, but most probably not the last. The classical pianist discovered her passion for electronic music early on and began experimenting with producing tracks and DJing.
Mindcast.61 || The Ebertbrothers. After almost five years, The Ebertbrothers return to Mindcast with one of their eclectic time travels through the musical underground. We're thrilled to present another of their exceptional mixtapes not only because they're always packed with tasty gems, but also because it's a great way to shorten the wait for their next album Polymer Boulevard, expected here on Mindwaves Music in mid-March.
Mindcast.60 || Phreakwavez. We start the new year with a powerful mix by Francesco Arancio, who invites us to surf his PHREAKWAVEZ. Since his arrival in 2010, the Berliner-by-choice has been mixing up the city's electronic music scene. His bright and curious nature involved him in many activities around the dance floors of clubs and festivals, with gigs in Berlin's biggest and most famous venues as well as his own series of events certainly being among the milestones of his career so far.
Mindcast.59 || Rexob.B. Let's face it, the year 2020 has not developed as most people had thought or hoped in advance. Of course, this also affected us here at MWM and gave us a lot of extra work, so our beloved music home delivery service Mindcast fell by the wayside. All the more we are happy that we can finally release the next episode and no longer have to withhold the long-finished mix of REXOB.B from you.
Mindcast.58 || Sin-Drøne. After a couple of "dancelike" episodes, Dan Adrian Muresan, aka SIN-DRØNE, caught up to the vibe and delivered a mix full of electro gems for our 58th installment on Mindcast.
Mindcast.57 || Mars Leder. The 57th installment of our Mindcast series bursts with bass-heavy rhythmics. We welcome MARS LEDER, who is driving us with his broken techno mix in a partly UK garage-grime ambience.
Mindcast.56 || Karsten Pflum. With issue fifty-six we are happy to welcome back our homie KARSTEN PFLUM. With his meanwhile fifth installment for Mindcast we now could call him a regular. Fans of the series therefore do not need a further introduction, but we'd like to share some recent news with you: Jacob (aka Karsten Pflum, Karen Lust or Slaphead Faun) just dropped the splendid "City Of Thieves EP" via the highly acclaimed Furthur Electronix label. The limited vinyl versions got sold out within hours!
Mindcast.55 || P(h)onyCat. Matilde Møller aka P(H)ONYCAT, is back at Mindcast and drops with her second episode a diverse and slightly jazzy mix recording, ranging from nineties Goldies to newer gems out of the classic IDM electronica field.
Mindcast.54 || PLO. With issue fifty-four, we travel deep into the realms of live improvisation with PLO, the pool lab orchestra. Initiated by Dr.Nojoke as part of POOL Berlin back in 2013, this ensemble of electronic musicians undertakes fully improvised jam sessions utilizing a wide array of hardware and software-based instruments. The core philosophy is simple yet challenging: there are no predefined roles or rules. Every session starts with a completely blank sheet, encouraging free expression and experimental musical interaction from scratch.
Mindcast.53 || Chrisse Kunst. Our first Mindcast episode in 2019 is an extraordinary vinyl mix by our good friend Chrisse Kunst, who takes us on a psychedelic journey through mostly eighties tribal, rock, and world music, all in a laid-back vibe.
Mindcast.52 || Pernille. Our latest issue of the Mindcast series is provided by PERNILLE, a longtime respected friend of the label. We met Pernille for the first time when she helped and supported us with her visuals on our first Mindwaves night at the Berghain Kantine, back in 2008.
Mindcast.51 || NiKi K. For our October issue of Mindcast, we invited the Irish-born NIKI K, a talented DJ and promoter currently living in Berlin. Niki is a true purveyor of cutting-edge, deep and contagious grooves with a rich background history in dance music. In Ireland she used to host many successful club nights and festivals, such as Macronite and Bump! Muzik Festival.
Mindcast.50 || Grischa Lichtenberger. The author of our short MINDCAST.50 anniversary piece is the accomplished GRISCHA LICHTENBERGER, who has put together a fascinating and varied mix featuring plenty of material from his own archive. Grischa Lichtenberger (born in Bielefeld in 1983) is an electronic music producer, installation artist, and multimedia artist. Since 2009, his works have been released on the renowned Raster-Noton label, among others, and in 2013 he received an honorable mention at Ars Electronica. Mindcast.49 || ADJ. Mindcast.49 comes from Pyramid Transmissions co-founder and master class turntablist Andy Jaggers alias ADJ. After witnessing several outstanding sets, for example, on X:ploration and Skizze nights, it felt like a natural move to ask him to do an exclusive mix for our extraordinary podcast series.
