What does it mean when we talk about our heart? It may refer to our physical heart. It can also refer to our inner self EX. “His heart is not in it….” Listen to you heart….” The Greek word for heart is “Kardia”…. Cardio…. Cardiologist…. Generally, in the Bible, heart is referring to: Our internal reflection, emotional states, the formation of our plans and desires, and/or our true intentions. The heart includes our inner intentions, our principles, motives, and purposes… Sometimes in the Bible, the word “heart” or “soul” and “spirit” are used interchangeably…
