This episode of the Global Assembly comes from Rashmi Dixon, the Early Years Coordinator at Wellington College International Pune. She began her teaching journey over 15 years ago and moved from India to Taiwan, where she taught in a variety of early years settings, including the British Council. Her international experience shaped her holistic and inclusive approach to early childhood education. Five years ago, Rashmi joined Wellington College Tianjin, China as a Reception teacher and then a Year 3 class teacher, where she soon took on the additional role of EdTech Lead for the Junior School.
