You can tell where a person is going by what they let go of, who they let in, and what they give away.

Preaching the gospel to yourself is reminding yourself that Jesus endured deeper suffering and isolation than we will ever face so he could lead us into the loving presence of God the Father.
There is no place you can go where God is not already present, already working, and already holding you.
There is a confession of faith that saves your soul.
Every question in this letter finds its answer in Christ. Every command flows from his cross. Every hope rests on his empty tomb. Christ is the answer to every problem. Because the risen Lord is coming, the church must stand firm in the faith, serve one another in love, and cling to the grace of Christ.
